镇海区郑氏十七房
镇海郑氏十七房景区,位于宁波市镇海区海滨小镇澥浦镇,紧邻329国道,距上海240公里、杭州170公里、舟山40公里,杭州湾跨海大桥、舟山连岛大桥、杭甬高速、甬台温高速贯通四周,交通十分便捷。 郑氏十七房是由郑氏先祖在南宋时期,从河南荥阳迁徙镇海而建。经保护性修复、开发,现已形成民俗文化旅游胜地和中华传统节庆文化传承基地。村落设计呈棋盘形,整体建筑以幢为单元连成庭院,融合了北方“合院”的大气,浸染了南方楼榭的玲珑,是国内现存规模最大且保存完整的明清古建筑群落。景区一期保护工程占地100余亩,规模宏大、气势磅礴。据史书记载:十七房有三宝,旗杆最多,最高,宁波都能看得到;十七房三年不下雨,河水不会干涸;十七房马头墙最多,一级要比一级高,台风吹不倒。 镇海郑氏十七房是宁波商帮的最早发源地之一。十七房宅上有街,街中有市,市中有店,有铺,有坊。宅外有环河,家家有埠头,小河外有大河,河边小桥流水,杨柳拂岸,倒影横斜。十七房水系直通宁波、海上,从这里走出了晚清最大的全盛民信局创办人郑景丰、“老凤祥”创始人郑熙、老北京“四恒银号”兴办人郑世昌,中国第一家大型冷藏企业的开创者郑方、英雄墨水肇始者郑尊法等一批批商业巨子。当年,由清乾隆爱子成亲王题写的“淇水烟波半含春色”诗句,字迹依旧,似乎在向世人诉说着宁波商帮最早的郑氏商帮集团曾经的光荣与梦想……
鼎丰房 鼎丰房建于清道光、咸丰年间,四合院民居,占地面积约1900平方米,建筑面积2097平方米。房主郑景丰,于1852年在甬创办民间邮局“全盛源记信局”,后发展为“全盛信局”,业务发展到全国和海外,影响深远。 Dingfengfang Dingfengfang, which has a floor space of 2097 square meters and covers an area of 1900 square meters, was started during the Daoguang and Xianfeng period in Qing Dynasty by Zheng Jingfeng, who founded the Quanshengyuan Postoffice in Ningbo and developed gradually its business home and abroad.
后堂楼 后堂楼建于清嘉庆年间,由南、北两座宅院组成,占地面积近4200平方米,建筑面积3900 平方米,是郑氏十七房现存规模最大、最具代表性的宅院之一。后堂楼早期主人郑谦,清嘉庆二十二年进士,授职福建归化县令,故后堂楼前院亦称“进士第”。 Houtanglou Houtanglou which is made up of both southern and northern sections was built during the Jiaqing period in Qing Dynasty. It has a floor space of 3900 square meters and covers an area of 4200 square meters. It is the largest in size and most representative in the building style in the whole complex of buildings. It was first built by Zhengqiang, who was an imperial scholar and later promoted a magistrate, so the front courtyard was named Jinshidi. 兴房 兴房建于清道光咸丰年间,占地面积3050平方米,建筑面积2380平方米。早期主人郑勋,晚清宁波钱业巨子,清廷授官正二品资政大夫。胞弟郑熙为“老凤祥银楼”创始人。 Xingfang Xingfang, which has a floor space of 2380 square meters and covers an area of 3050 square meters, was built during the Xianfeng period in Qing Dynasty. 典当房 典当房建于清咸丰年间,占地面积470平方米,建筑面积350平方米。典当房名号“慎益”。相传典当物品有“三不当”:花轿不当、棺材不当、死人不当。 Pawnshop The pawnshop which has a floor space of 350 square meters and covers an area of 470 square meters was build during the Xianfeng period in Qing Dynasty. The pawnshop was named Shengyi, where it is said that almost everything could be pawned except sedan, coffin and the dead. 望益堂 望益堂建于清道光初年,为后堂楼的分支,占地面积523平方米,建筑面积730平方米,曾为后堂楼的藏书楼。堂名“望益”取自《佛说善生子经》中“士丈夫望益,而善法不衰”。 Wangyitang Wangyitang was built during the Daoguang period during Qing Dynasty. It is an extended part of Houtanglou, having a floor space of 730 square meters and covering an area of 523 square meters, used as the study of Houtanglou. The name Wangyi was taken from a book of Buddhist scripture.
源茂房 源茂房建于清光绪年间,占地面积432平方米,建筑面积595平方米。“源茂”取“生意兴隆、财源茂盛”之意。 Yuanmaofang Yuanmaofang, which covers an area of 432 square meters and has a floor space of 595 square meters, was built during the Guangxu period in Qing Dynasty. The name of building means prosperous business and plentiful money and treasure. 栈房 栈房属兴房一部分,占地面积2788平方米,建筑面积1750平方米,早为家仆、雇工住所,兼作仓储之用,后曾开设米行和酿酒作坊。 Zhanfang Zangfang is one section of Xingfang, which covers an aera of 2788 square meters and has a floor space of 1750 square meters. It was first built as the bedrooms for domestic servants and employees and warehouses as well.
立房 立房建于清嘉庆年间,占地面积1967平方米,建筑面积2190平方米。立房主人为郑德标,生于清嘉庆年间,早年弃儒学贾,21岁便承担起宁波一带的生意,发迹后资助慈善事业,又于萧山养寄堂施寒衣数百袭,并有增祭田,设义冢、修治桥梁、道路等义举。 Lifang Lifang, which covers an area of 1967 square meters and has a floor space of 2190 square meters, was built during Jiaqing period in Qing Dynasty. The earliest owner, Zheng Debiao, born in the Jiaqing period, abandoned his study for business and won great sUCCess only in his early twenties. He was keen on contributing to Charity by donating clothes and fields to the poor and building bridges and roads for the public. 洽礼堂 洽礼堂建于清光绪年间,占地面积750平方米,建筑面积约210平方米,为郑氏女祠。宗族为女性专设祠堂,在全国甚为罕见。 Qialitang Qialitang, which covers an area of 750 square meters and has a floor space of 210 square meters, was built as female ancestral temple of the Zhengs. The temple was specially built for the female by the clan, which was very rare in old China.
